I bought Jack Herer reserve “royal” to if a flower grown by a good cultivator could stone me with 17% THC. It surly not a heavyweight.
But it’s not true a 17% can stone you strong,
I had one old try by Paradise Factory Dosilato with 17% that was strong and good. It’s not all about THC and using high THC builds tolerance so the effect will be less and less. That’s why VaporCup is so good.
You 100% use less but don’t feel like that.

This is a respectful place to share strain batch info. Royal was unique. Unique taste, unique look but with average something something. It’s definitely not trash.
The company growing this is a good cultivator. It’s not fair to call something trash you never tried.
