I always keep one bud untouched for stash but I pick at them from time to time.
I don’t use already vaped flowers for anything. You can use them to make edibles but you really can’t know how much THC will get into the mix and too much can lead to a heavy uncomfortable trip.. not good..
Beware eating without knowing THC content.
If you new to edibles start with 5mg THC then wait an hour before using more.
That’s the way to find you best dosage.
