3C Farms Tahoe OG.
They are both different.
Cannatique Runtz is super strong but not really a knockout while 3C Farms Tahoe OG will knock you out and sink your eyes into your head. Watch the couchlock video on this channel @WeedEntertainment

This does not include pre licensed and tested flowers. Those old school pre testing flowers has booster and I think they were stronger IMHO.
