I know Las Vegas dispensaries well and have been to most all Las Vegas dispensaries.
Without Covid I might suggest you take a weed tour. You can see them on IG.

There may be good deals online for rooms on Vegas.com My favorite hotel is the Cosmopolitan. It’s expensive but if you stay with friends and split the room rate, that’s the place. You get two free entries into the night club with the room too. They have really good clubs ( day and night) with lots of shaking going on. I’m not kidding the entire place is dancing many in bikinis or sexy attire..
Most rooms have balconies so you can vape or smoke and enjoy the fabulous view from your room. This is one of the only casino hotels in LV with a balcony. Both Caesars Palace and Harrah’s is good and less money. Numb Bar is in both hotels and this bars serves delicious frozen drinks and cocktails out of bong shaped glasses. The cheapest good enough hotel is the Tropicana Hotel. The Palazzo is real nice and more spacious.
As for dispensaries Planet 13 is the really big and famous one and you can get some good Tyson Ranch strains there.. Grab Rainbow Cookies by Tyson Ranch. I hear toad is good too but I have not tried it.
There are so many good dispensaries but i prefer more flower choices than nicer dispensary. There is a small dispensary on Sahara called Sahara Wellness. You need to park right in front. They have a real good assortment of flowers and lots of gram sizes to try. It’s the good place to go.. strains to grab would include
Cultivation Labs Jenny Kush (beware it’s strong), Growers Circle Face on Fire, and House of Herbs Herojuana..
Have fun.. other notable dispensaries is NuWu Indian dispensary. They have a tasting room.

Most jars cultivators are using are glass or hopefully a recyclable food grade plastic with both being recyclable. Having used flowers for so many years, the bottles with a good seals keep flowers fresh much longer... years longer... bagged flower once opened will degrade to dust in many cases in 60 days. It’ browns,, dries and then the crumbles to dust. Also, I haven’t thrown away even a single jar as I use them to jar bagged flowers so all my flowers are in jars. The only thing that gets thrown away is the bag.
I have so much experience in this and I can 100% guaranty jars make flower last longer and jars with foam seals even longer. I try and extend the life of my flower as I like to share with friends and it’s like let’s break out the 2017 1st gen diablo.. if you have it in a jar, one last bud can hang around for special friends. The great thing about flower people is they all have the common hobby and I can talk about weed all the time. Anyone who is in the know, knows finding the best lots is hit or miss and you need to get it now or it’s gone. We are buying blind other than reviews or comments from budtenders who many times are not in the know.
