    Matt,
    Are you grinding?
    You need to grind.
    Also, till you learn use, let the cup heat up longer even after the green light comes on (maybe 5 mins).
    This is not necessary but it will help you learn use.
    Make sure the cup is hot at the metal at the top of the cup. Let the straw sit for 1.5 mins - 2 mins in the heat chamber. It will work.
    You need to leave the straw in long enough for the process to start. If you still have issue email info@WeedEntertainment.com and I will help you..👍

    Canndescent Charge strain is good and worth the try. It’s a good Jack Herer and very active with focus. Its one of the better.Jack’s I know of.. with the best being Kings Garden..
