I totally agree.
The old weed with less THC even if flat weed was more euphoric than flowers today.
I have been discussing the decline of flowers for more than two years already as it took lots of tries to figure out the gelato genetics have ruined the euphoria from flowers as people are all trying to make their own genetics and the entire process is going in the wrong direction.
I have 30 year old great seeds as I got them from moms and tried them. I never used them in biz because most all pros want to start from proven clones to avoid seeding the entire building which I have seen..
Hopefully one of the old pros I know will pop my seeds for me as I’m not experienced at that.
You only get one chance and I will showcase it here.
Bring back that old school feeling..

I gently pull apart my buds looking for the once in awhile bean… I have many old 2010 ish hollywood beans when the flowers was much better but still hard to find the euphoria.
I would buy all the strains in a store and maybe 1-2 were worthy tries. This show can be so helpful but now I’m not posting as much because I don’t want to have average after average reviews.
It’s hard to find good flowers now. Connected Biscotti is a good try now if you need it..
I will rebuy this flower this week. The original try was in 2019-20 and it got the 9.

There are some good gelatos but most are not euphoric and also come with the heavy body and head high which I actually dislike.
I like no head.. bring on the happiness and contentment only..

There are some good Sativas too but they are fleeting.
The market is filled with hybrid Frankenweed now..
It’s a different feeling than the OG’s we know and like weed for..
Cultivators are going in the wrong direction with development IMHO.

Gelonade is super lemon citrusy smell and flavor with gas undertones

Permanent Marker smell/taste:
Gas, diesel, candy, citrus undertones

Firsy time I smell Permanent Marker it reminded me of Jealousy!
Almost identical smell

I actually tried most all those strains. I tried RAS Irine but it didn’t make the show as I have some sad feeling of watching the old Ukrainian ladies getting bombed out of their houses.
I think the brand name is in appropriate in war time like now so no play here..
