It’s a big haul for me.
I used to live in Hermosa Beach many years ago with ocean view and one block from the water. The owner offered for me to buy the house. I was stupid not to buy it as it’s worth millions now. Investors are running up the real estate now. There is no top. It’s groups of foreign people pooling cash and buy then put for resell immediately. It’s impossible to buy now in prime Cali. It’s sad.. the American dream which is why people work hard is now much harder to achieve.
At least we have weed..
