Personally as someone who enjoys all forms of cannabis from concentrate to edibles to vaping and smoking flower I’ve found that i never really need to take a break since I vary my smoking options so often. I also find never buying more than like an ounce of a particular strain in a few month period keeps my highs fresh. I definitely see the benefit though for people that get used to a particular way of consumption or strain etc. Great vid Doc!
