My opinion: no matter the breed or genetics, if the buds mature and the trichomes are allowed to turn dark amber, the strain will have a more couch lock CBD effect, if the trichomes are in a more clear state when harvested it will have a more “sativa” or uplifting effect!
This is what I’ve heard from experienced growers

I read somewhere once that in regards to ADHD that people are given Ritalin which is essentially legal speed, someone would think that they're giving them something to simply calm them down but it's like the person is already sped up and you give them "speed" and they get wound up so much that eventually they wind down and that's why I wonder with some people who consume sativas can become relaxed like an indica

Doc- Durham Poison is supposed to be a pure sativa landrace strain. I would love to know if he has actually found that to be true in the lab. THC levels have been going up all around so is this now even a hybrid?
